David Lewis

Mr. Lewis is a seasoned executive with over 25 years’ experience in the public markets. He has served on the board of numerous companies and has advised dozens of private and public companies on diverse corporate activities including securing growth capital, capital restructuring, debt restructuring, reverse mergers, M & A, as well as building management and advisory boards, marketing, distribution & strategic direction. In May 2019, Mr. Lewis co-founded a privately held health and wellness company, Choice Wellness, Inc. Choice Wellness was acquired by CYIOS Corp in May 2020 and Mr. Lewis was appointed CEO and Member of the Board of CYIOS.

Mr. John O’Shea has an extensive background in the financial services industry. He was CEO and Director of Indo Global Exchange (Aust), Director & Founder of Global Electric Trading Pty Ltd, a full house stockbroking firm. He also served as a Senior Executive at Bendigo Bank and Adelaide Bank, CEO Founder INCH Corp Pty Ltd, Head of Marketing Sales Hannon Insurance & Superannuation, Administration and Senior Advisor Sales and Business Development at William M. Mercer.
